RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to love your items, so if you don't, we will happily accept a return for either an exchange of item or a store credit which is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram DM's and we will lodge your return request.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Garments will be quality assessed upon their return and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging. Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. House of Hazar is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, these purchases are final sale. Please select carefully during sale periods to avoid any disappointments.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by House of Hazar. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
House of Hazar endeavours to process all returns as soon as they are received, however please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will be emailed a confirmation once their return has been processed.
House of Hazar reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns of merchandise that are stained with deodorant, makeup, tanning product or any other substance will be denied.
For the avoidance of doubt, goods that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be denied.
